| Steps in getting a swissy puppy Application Process |
- 1. The first step in getting a swissy puppy is to do research on the breed, search the Internet, read the forums, meet breeders & swissy owners. I highly recommend that
you join a local swissy club & the GSMD Club of America. - 2. Fill out a puppy application & keep in touch via email or phone calls. Since I lead a fairly busy life I can't always keep track of all the people who want a puppy.
- 3. When a litter is planned I will post it on the website. After the puppies are born I will contact you, send out a puppy agreement & advise you there may be a puppy
available. I will take a deposit at that time to hold a puppy for you. - 4. At 7-8 weeks the puppies will be evaluated, at this time I will match the puppies with their new families. If you choose not to take the puppy I pick for you your deposit will
be refunded. The goal is to place the right puppy with the right family. There is no reason to place a couch potato puppy with an active family. My goal is to make the right
placements so that both the family & puppy are happy for the life of the puppy.
